1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, placing orders, or booking farm events, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t proceed.

2. Services Offered

Floral Arrangements : Purchase online for same-day or scheduled delivery
Custom Events/Weddings : Plan weddings, showers, church events—fees apply
Farm Experiences : Bouquet-making, flower picking, seasonal workshops
Subscriptions : Recurring seasonal bouquets
Sympathy & Church Floral: Delivered with compassion in Lott and nearby areas

3. Account & Ordering

You must provide accurate personal and payment info
Account login is for your use only; you’re responsible for all activity
Prices reflect current menu—subject to change
Errors will be communicated; you’ll have the choice to cancel or accept corrected pricing

4. Payment Terms

We accept major credit/debit cards and bank payments (online or in-person)
Payment is due at checkout or per custom agreement terms
Deposits are required for events and custom designs: non-refundable after 30 days

5. Fulfillment & Delivery

Deliveries run Tuesday–Saturday; same-day delivery often available
We serve Lott, Temple, Cameron, Westphalia, and surrounding Central Texas
We cannot guarantee delivery times due to external variables (e.g., weather, traffic)
A substitute bloom of equal or greater value may be provided if needed

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Deliveries run Tuesday–Saturday; same-day delivery often available
We serve Lott, Temple, Cameron, Westphalia, and surrounding Central Texas
We cannot guarantee delivery times due to external variables (e.g., weather, traffic)

7. Intellectual Property

Westphalia Roots owns all creative content—photos, designs, text, logos
You may view and share from this site, but copying or using content for personal gain is prohibited
You may post and share photos of arrangements socially (with proper credit).

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Interfere with site operation or security
Post illegal, abusive, or harmful content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or sources.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for products/services
We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including allergic reactions
We can’t be held responsible for delayed deliveries beyond our control

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Westphalia Roots, Debby, and Audra harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the website or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the State of Texas laws.
Disputes shall be resolved in a court located in Falls County, Texas (just outside Lott).

12. Faith, Respect & Community

We operate as a faith-based business and reserve the right to refuse service if communications or requests contradict our core values of love, grace, and community.
